Policy Overview
At Pure Garlic, we are committed to supplying high-quality and fresh garlic products. As garlic is a perishable agricultural product, we maintain a strict return and refund policy for confirmed business orders.
All confirmed and dispatched orders are considered final.
Due to the perishable nature of garlic:
  • We do not accept returns once the goods have been delivered.
  • Refunds are not provided for reasons such as change of mind, over-ordering, storage issues, or delay in pickup from the buyer’s side.
Damaged or Incorrect Supply
In the rare case that you receive:
  • Damaged goods
  • Incorrect quantity
  • Wrong product
You must:
  • Inform us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Share clear photos and delivery details
  • Provide invoice or order confirmation reference
After verification, a replacement or suitable resolution may be provided at our sole discretion.
Important Note
  • Buyers are responsible for proper storage after delivery.
  • Natural variations in size, color, or shape are normal in agricultural products and do not qualify as defects.
